Our Water Damage Restoration Process
As soon as we get to your location, whether it’s in your office or home, we begin our assessment and inspection. We do a thorough 360 inspection of the damaged areas to your home to determine the degree of damaged caused. A few questions we ask ourselves during our inspection are:
- What is the cause of the damage? Was it from a pipe? A leak? Or an appliance?
- What type of water category is it?
- Do we need to move any furniture?
- How many air movers and dehumidifiers do we need to use to get the space to dry standard?
We then come up with a plan of attack, so we can get your home and your lives back to normal as quickly as possible.

Survey the Extent of the Water Damage and Inspect the Premises
We inspect and test to determine the extent of damage and how far the moisture has traveled to ensure proper and complete restoration. In addition, we will inspect for safety concerns that may be evident. If there are any safety issues like lead or asbestos, please bring them to our attention.
